single point of entry for all Greenville County applicants.
To apply for services, please call one of the numbers below,
depending on the age and disability of the applicant:
- Children and adults over five years of age, all new requests
for services: 864-281-3960
- Children birth to three years of age, all new requests for
services: BabyNet - 864-331-1450
- Children three to five years of age, all new requests for
services: KidVentures - 864-281-9753
- Children and adults with a head or spinal cord injury, all
new requests for services need to be forwarded to the South
Carolina Services Information System: 1-866-867-3864 (Toll
Free)
