Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
Each ICF provides 24-hour supervision and assistance with activities of daily living. The program provides daily nursing services and focuses on maintaining and improving skills. Currently, there are seven (7) facilities in Greenville County serving 64 consumers.
Community Training Home II (CTH II)
Each CTH II provides 24-hour supervision and training with activities
of daily living and independence. Each facility has a House Manager
to handle day-to-day activities. Each CTH II has a Coordinator assigned
to manage the facility. Currently, there are 25 CTH II homes serving
72 consumers.
Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF)
Each CRCF provides 24-hour supervision and assistance with activities of daily living. The consumers require no continuous nursing services, and are focused on acquiring and maintaining skills. (Consumers living in the CRCF have some independence in maintaining personal care, are capable of completing chores around their home, and are generally less dependent on others for decision-making.) Currently, there are two (2) facilities serving 24 consumers.
Community Training Home I (CTH I)
This is a licensed private home that provides 24-hour care for consumers identified as appropriate for care in a home / family environment. The home is expected to provide training as well as care and supervision. Currently, there is one (1) CTH I and one (1) consumer receiving services in that home.
Supervised Living II (SLP II)
There are currently 44 people receiving supports through the SLP II program. These consumers are primarily independent in activities of daily living. The amount of supervision by staff is determined on an individual basis. The consumer generally requires staff assistance with money management, shopping, meal preparation, medical records, and social interactions.
Supervised Living I (SLP I)
Consumers receiving SLP I support are primarily independent and require only weekly assistance from staff. They live in apartments and homes throughout the county. Most often they need assistance with maintaining their health, managing their finances, and assistance with social interactions. There are currently 10 consumers being served in this program.
